We want you to be completely enchanted by your Disney Art On Main Street purchase; if your artwork is not a perfect fit, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-framed pieces and limited edition releases are subject to specific restoration fees to ensure the integrity of the collection.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our guest services team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why the artwork is being returned to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the artwork in its original gallery-grade packaging, including all certificates of authenticity, protective layers, and padding to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Insurance
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice; we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged before they reach our gallery.
Inspection and Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned piece to confirm it is in its original, pristine condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
